A Managed Design BIM support technician possesses the ability to consult and work with our clients at a business-to-business level, identifying and providing solutions. Key areas of focus: technical support, technical audits, needs assessment, and skills assessment. Successful techs will develop strong interpersonal relationships internally with Managed Design team and externally with customers and technology suppliers. A seasoned technician will work with Account Managers to evaluate client needs and recommend solutions leveraging our people, process and technology to solve customer problems. It is critical our employees follow our company's business ethics ensuring Managed Design maintains its respected standing in the AEC industry.
A minimum of 2 or more years of experience in Autodesk Revit is a must.
